At Lake Meadows, we happily welcome your furry friends! Our community offers plenty of green space for your pets to play and make new friends. You'll also find convenient pet stations located throughout the community to help keep things clean. Please note that weight and breed restrictions do apply, see below for more details.

Pet Policy

  • Cats & Dogs Accepted
  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • Refundable Pet Deposit: $200 per Pet
  • One-Time, Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $200 per Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per Pet
  • Weight Limit: 75 lbs
  • Restricted Breed List: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Irish Wolfhound, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier & Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Keeshond, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, Miniature Pinscher, and Bull Mastiff or any mix including any of the above breeds.
